Breakfast Salad Fail

Don’t try this. Not just at home… just don’t try it.
I’m not quite sure what I was thinking with today’s breakfast salad. I figured I could think of the tomatoes as fruit, add raisins, a little bit of rolled oats, and it would be good to go. Except then I didn’t have any raisins left so I used goji berries instead (the miracle fruit! I know! to my dismay I did not turn into a unicorn, however). And then I decided to top it off with some parmesan flakes.
Ingredients good on their own… together, it was just bizarre. Oh well.

LOL! This looks like a Julia creation (although mine usualyl comes later in the night and involves about 4 different types of carbs and a microwave). Sigh… better luck next time.
